01Show us the piece and the tight spot
Send photos of the sofa from the front, side and back, its dimensions and the brand if you know it. Add photos of the doorway, hallway, stairs or elevator that's causing trouble, your ZIP code, the floor and your preferred day.

02Get a clear quote
We look at how the piece is built and the route it has to take, then confirm the scope and the price before anything is arranged. Quotes are free and come with no obligation.
03Plan around your building
Freight elevator bookings, set working hours, a certificate of insurance for management or a delivery window: tell us what your building needs and we'll plan the day around it, including your movers or delivery team if they're involved.
04Taken apart, brought through
On the day, we check the construction before removing anything, take off only what the route requires, protect the upholstery and keep the hardware with each part. Then the sofa goes through the tight spot in pieces.
05Back together, right at home
We rebuild the sofa in its room, refasten the fabric and check that it sits solidly, so it's ready for the first evening on it.

01What if my sofa can't be taken apart?+
Some pieces come apart more easily than others. If the photos show your sofa can't be taken apart safely, we'll tell you before you book.
02Can you work alongside my delivery team or movers?+
Yes. Tell us when they're arriving and which piece needs help, and we'll plan around them.
03Do I have to send photos?+
Photos are the quickest way to an accurate quote. If you can't take them, call (929) 710-0228 and describe the piece and the route.
04How soon can you come?+
