Common frame problems
Frames work loose over time, especially after a move or a tough delivery. Joints that were glued and stapled can separate, rails can crack under a heavy load, and legs can snap or pull out of their mounting plates.
How we repair them
We open up the area around the problem, usually from underneath through the dust cover, then re-secure loose joints, reinforce or repair cracked rails and fix or replace legs and their fittings. Afterwards the fabric is refastened so the repair stays out of sight.

Sleeper sofa mechanisms can bend or jam, especially after the sofa has been moved. We look at the frame and the mechanism together to find out why it's sticking.
